Museum of Sex
Provocative museum exploring human sexuality through diverse exhibits of art, artifacts, and interactive installations.
Museum of Sex ranks among the cultural anchors of Murray Hill / NoMad and rewards both first-time and returning visitors. Galleries are clearly arranged, accessibility is strong throughout, and the curatorial program consistently earns top reviews.
Buy tickets in advance to lock in your time slot — peak hours (11am–2pm on weekends) draw the biggest crowds. The first hour after opening and the last 90 minutes before closing are the quietest, and the lighting in many galleries is best in late afternoon.
