Using this site
NYC Map & Guide publishes editorial travel information about New York City. By using the site you agree to these terms. Don’t scrape, resell or republish our content without written permission.
Accuracy
Hours, prices, availability and menus change constantly. We work to keep guides current but provide all content “as is” without warranty. Confirm details with the venue before you travel.
Business listings and claims
When you claim a listing you confirm you are authorized to represent that business. You are responsible for the accuracy of any content you publish, and you grant us a license to display it. We may edit or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading or abusive.
Paid subscriptions and advertising
Paid tiers and sponsored placements bill monthly through Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and access continues to the end of the current billing period; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Paid placement affects position and badges only — it does not change editorial ratings or reviews, and sponsored slots are labeled.
Affiliate and third-party links
Some links are affiliate links that may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Bookings and purchases are completed on third-party sites governed by their own terms.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
