No. You can pin attractions, get directions, and book tickets without signing up. An account lets you sync across devices and save more itineraries.
Is it really free?
Yes — the core map and guide are free forever. Pin Pro is an optional $4.99/month upgrade for offline maps and unlimited itineraries.
Can I use it offline?
Pinned places, walking directions, and downloaded transit maps work offline once cached. Full offline tiles are part of Pin Pro.
Where do tickets come from?
We partner with Tiqets and other licensed ticketing partners. Prices match the partner site — booking through us helps support the app.
What languages does the app support?
English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian, Dutch, Chinese (Simplified), Japanese, Korean, Russian, and Hindi.
Is there a native iOS or Android app?
Yes — install it from your browser as a Progressive Web App. Tap the share icon on iOS and choose 'Add to Home Screen', or use 'Install app' on Android.
How is data privacy handled?
Your pins are stored locally by default. If you create an account, your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell personal data.
